- Once we were done with the shower Karla asked if I had time to sit with her by the pool. I only needed an hour or so for study time so I readily accepted the invite. She had a pitcher of sun tea ready, we grabbed an ice bucket and two tumblers and headed poolside. She was wearing the same two garments she had on earlier, I was in a pair of cargo shorts. After a few minutes she looked at with that engaging smile and said, "Danny, you're an amazing young man. You're always respectful of me and I want to share a few things with you.
